My first pie EVER! The pre-made crusts at the store had
all sorts of frightening ingredients (plus grandma would be
horrified if I bought one of those) so I had to learn how to make crust
from scratch in addition to learning how to make a pie.
Lemons from a friend's yard made the perfect curd
and the KitchenAid make the best meringue. Total bad ass.
I can taste the lemon from here! Next visit, add that to the yummy pizza Ben makes, along with the chocolate stout and I'll be muy happy.
